Therese is a highly passionate and skilled individual with a diverse background. She was born in the Philippines and have had the privilege of living in various parts of the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and now Melbourne, Australia. As someone who values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she is committed to making a positive impact in both my personal and professional life. She has extensive experience in customer service and oversight within the retail, food and beverage, and BPO industries, which has allowed her to develop strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. Before the pandemic, she was a successful travel agency owner, which fueled her love for travel and led her to become a travel blogger on Instagram (@seispiers). Currently, she oversees all activities for The Leadership Project, where she is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. When she's not working, you can find her indulging in her love for coffee. She is proud to say that she knows how to make the perfect flat white.
